Download the Windows app, sign in with this account, and follow Setup to connect your GC3. Internet is needed for the initial capture-support download.
Automatic support reports starting in version 0.2.8
Starting with version 0.2.8, Strike Replay automatically shares app and monitor details, processing errors, and a small sample of affected shot images and measurements so support can investigate problems. Reports exclude account passwords and payment data. Reports are kept for 30 days. You can turn automatic reporting off in the app Setup screen.
